MEMORIAL AND HONORS DONATION

Please use this link to remember your loved ones. It is an appropriate way to remember those who have gone to rest in heaven. It is also a great way to honor someone for such occasions as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, Christmas, etc. Those we love are blessings from God. There is no better way to give the gift of love than remembering the less fortunate. Your generosity will touch many of the needy.

St. Vincent de Paul is blessed with so many memorial and honor donations throughout the year. We would like to remember all those who have gone to their rest in heaven, and that have been honored and would like to thank those generous individuals for doing so in their memory.

A Golden opportunity

The idea of donating broken or unwanted jewelry has been lost through the years, but we want to rekindle that thought and encourage you to donate items that you no longer wear. Whether they are broken, dated, or just not your style anymore, they have real value and can help in our service to the poor and homeless. The process begins with a phone call to St. Vincent de Paul at (225) 383-7837 ext.0. From there, we will set up an appointment with a local jeweler for you to bring your items, have them valued and begin the process. In addition to helping one of our area's oldest charities, you will also earn a tax break and beat the end-of the-the-year rush.
