Society of St. Vincent de Paul
of Greater Baton Rouge

Society of St. Vincent de Paul operations in the Diocese of Baton Rouge is governed by various Councils and Boards that work together to build a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need. The Diocesan and District Councils exists to support the church conferences in their person to person service to the poor. The Boards consist of the Particular Council of Baton Rouge (Special Works), Pharmacy Board, Properties Board and Foundation Board.  Each of these legal entities exist for the purposes outlined in their Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.​
